Refund Policy

At Weiss AG, the team behind VAM2, we want you to be fully satisfied with the products and services you purchase from us. If you have any questions, concerns or problems, please let us know. Submit a ticket (include your Order ID), and we will be happy to help you.

Refund Request

If you believe that buying a product was not the right decision or you think that the product you have purchased is not the most suitable for your needs, we want to make things right.
  • Within 30 days of purchase, Weiss AG will reimburse the full price paid on request
Refund requests are to be submit via ticket to our Support help desk.
Add your Order ID, to receive a quick answer; In addition, we require a clear explanation why you would like a refund. We love to know where things went wrong so we can improve our service in the future.

Refund Exceptions

No refunds are provided for:
  • No refunds are provided after 30 days of your date of purchase

  • Weiss AG Membership Subscription as it is a complete set of products at a very reasonable price for which you can cancel any time. We discourage you from purchasing any package for testing purposes, whereas we invite you to try our software through our provided virtual tours.

  • License renewals for which you can cancel easily anytime the automatic payment at the deadline directly from your “My Account” page

  • Requesting a refund for the same product twice.

Refund Payment

Your request will be processed and refunded automatically to your credit card or original method of payment. This generally takes up to 7-10 working days after your request has been approved.

Refund is late or missing

If you have not received your refund yet, first please recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially issued. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via ticket.
